Frequently Asked Questions

There’s no catalogue price, because there’s no catalogue screen. Cost is driven by the width and height, whether it’s indoor or outdoor, and how it’s mounted — wall-mounted or freestanding. It also depends on how you want to run it: the control software and head-end processor behind the screen. Send us your site and requirements and we’ll come back with a detailed quote within 24 hours, no obligation.

It depends on your content and how far away people stand. Fine text, pricing boards and text-heavy displays need a high-resolution, tight pixel pitch. Image and video content viewed from a distance doesn’t — and paying for pitch nobody can see from where they’re standing is wasted budget. It’s also a cost lever: we’ll specify the pitch that suits your content, your viewing distance and your budget, rather than pushing you to the highest spec.

Three things. Outdoor screens are waterproof; indoor screens are not. Outdoor screens are far brighter, so they hold up in daylight. And outdoor product is significantly heavier, which changes the structural and mounting requirements for your site.

Yes. We handle the electrical, structural and council approval requirements as part of the project — so you’re not left coordinating engineers, certifiers and council yourself.

Yes, and it’s how most of our larger projects run. Clients regularly hand us over to their builder or project manager, and we work directly with them on execution and integrating the screen into the build program.

Without a Service Level Agreement, we repair or replace faulty components within 1–5 days. With an SLA in place, we work to a 4–8 hour response turnaround. Either way, your screen is covered by a 3-year Australian-backed warranty.

Longer than most people expect, and how you run it makes the difference. Running your screen during the day and scheduling it to power down automatically at night reduces wear on the electrical and lighting components — that alone can take a display well beyond seven years of service life.

The more detail, the sharper the quote. What we ideally want to know: indoor or outdoor, the location, any council requirements, how you want to control the screen, the pixel pitch you’re after, and — the big one — your preferred size, width × height. If you don’t have all of that yet, that’s normal. Send what you have and we’ll work the rest out with you.

We build permanent commercial installations from 2m × 1.5m and up. We don’t offer short-term screen rental.
